Chapter 718 of the Florida Statute implements procedures for creation, sales and operation of condominiums. The law requires the developer to give a disclosure statement to the buyer explaining that the buyer may cancel the contract either within 15 calendar days after it signature or the date of receipt of the condominium documents, whichever is later. The buyer of a condominium unit has the right to cancel the transaction within 3 business days after contract execution and receipt by the buyer of the condo documents. |
