  • Floor-plans will range from about 2000 square feet to well over 3500 square feet, most with flow-through floor-plans and private elevators
  • Estimated pricing will vary, but we believe that prices will be around $1000 per square foot at the low end, about $2000 per square foot at the high end

When buying a Condo: Chapter 718 of the Florida Statute implements procedures for creation, sales and operation of condominiums.
