St. Regis Resort and Residences, Bal Harbour,

The famous Bal Harbour Sheraton will be replaced by
one of the finest developments in South Florida.

St. Regis Resort and Residences will encompass three towers, 26 stories each, on the site of the former Sheraton Bal Harbour Hotel.

Both the North Condo Tower and the South Condo Tower will feature the same floor plans. The Middle tower will be a mixed use with condo residences, hotel condos, and fractional units available.

The St. Regis intends to be a five star hotel.

Only 36 hotel condos, large luxury units, with two bedroom, a den, two bathroom and great North and South ocean views. They are sold out at the present time

This condo hotel will offer a wide array of amenities, including the St. Regis signature butler and concierge service, world-class Remede spa and a fine dining restaurant. Demolition of the old Sheraton hotel is scheduled for October 14, 2007; completion of the project for end of 2010 to beginning of 2011.
Lucien Lagrange, world renowned architects, along with the local architecture firm, Sieger Suarez, have been selected for the project which is a joint venture between Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and The Related Group of Florida.
